The North Fort community and its Homeowners Association welcome you.  North Fort is located off Buffalo Road, just under a mile south of NC 42. 

Ours is an established all-brick community which first broke ground in 1999. Since then we have grown into a vibrant community of approximately 90 homes, with both cleared and wooded lots, including  a few still available for building. 

We have a beautiful natural pond and our residents run the gamut from young families and professionals to active retirees. 

The North Fort HOA endeavors to respect and preserve the rights and interests of our homeowners, maintain their established expectations and protect the beauty and value of their property.
