- contact information for owner and builder - scanned copy of all four exterior elevations with labels specifying all cladding material - scanned copy of floor plans with square footage labeled - plot showing the location on the lot
to the North Fort Architectural Review Committee.
If more than one structure (primary residence, detached garage, accessory building) or modification is being submitted for approval, please use a separate New Home/Improvement form for each structure.

Roofing Materials Policy - As required in the original restrictive covenants, all external building materials must conform to and harmonize with the existing residential structures. Metal roofing materials will be considered for approval only if they simulate the appearance of shingles or shakes and are a dark shade of brown, gray (including bluish gray or slate) or black. Copper or metal (brown, gray or black) sheeting as accent roofing over small areas such as bay windows or dormers may be considered for approval. My Project Complies with the Roofing Materials Policy
