Board Meetings are currently held via Zoom with limited in person capacity.  The schedule is subject to change and the first regular 2025 meeting date for the new board has not yet been established.  Send an email to northfortHOA@gmail.com if interested in attending. 

The Board stands for election every year.  At the annual membership meeting the Board and Officers report on issues, actions and finances and hear from the membership on any concerns.  Following the meeting the Board appoints the Officers for the year.
